Working 3 full days or 5 mornings*afternoons per week
You will be competent in SAGE LINE 50 & EXCEL.
You will be overseeing the smooth running of the dept and ensuring the 4 staff are motivated and their work flow is continual. You will be experienced in Purchase & Sales Ledger duties, Reconciling bank statements and expenses and company credit cards statements. also producing month end reports for Directors.
You will have excellent working knowledge of Sage line 50 & excel as the dept runs both these packages and will be confident working between the both of these.
You will also looking after credit control duties liasing with accts staff in relation to outstanding accounts, sending out letters and liason with Co Solicitor in relation to o*standing balances.
You may also be required to perform some payroll duties for 90 staff - liason with HR & payroll services.
Ideally you will possess 5 yrs + in similar role, although their will be a handover with the post holder.
This will be a TEMP contract for 6 months & ideally you will be available for 6 months from end of July. This is a great role in a great company and you will be a valued member of the company.Ideally you will be a driver as this role is on the outskirts of Dartford.
